In this position, you will be driving a series of controls activities attached to the Intel Inside Program. You will be asked upon to join multifunctional projects to help drive the risks and controls agenda, and to conduct studies to detect and prevent potential control issues. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: – Driving compliance with Intel Inside Program (IIP) – Processing all operational IIP processes (including Enrollment, Claims, Segmentation, Customer Watchlist, Case Tracker, Escalation, Payments) – Documenting related processes – Applying Structured Problem Solving to identify process gaps, risks and opportunities and to identify and implement alternative mitigation plans – Developing the area’s Process Improvement mindset – Representing Finance in influencing the business to maximize the return on the use of IIP funds – Developing solid relationships with key stakeholders – Providing regular and timely information about performance metrics to stakeholders – Supporting Marketing Store vendor agreements as part of IIP – Providing customer support to internal and external stakeholders – Joining the worldwide forums and discussion about program changes – Developing relationship with peers in other GEOS to enable best-known method sharing – Delivering training to internal and external stakeholders train, travel – Facilitating of Intel Inside Program (IIP) finance-related issues – Ensuring compliance with generally accepted reporting standards and corporate policies to ensure the integrity of reports – Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

Qualifications – Preferable academic backgrounds are a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, and Finance, but others may be considered – Minimum of three years of post-university work experience in finance related areas – Knowledge of ERP systems (data input, reports – SAP* would be a plus) – Experience in process mapping and performance measurement – Advanced use of Excel* (macro development not required) – Experience in financial analysis – Ability to influence teams without reporting authority – Key competencies: Action Orientation, Problem Solving, and Teamwork – Advanced Portuguese skills – Advanced English skills
