Solution Consultant Manager Full-time

Responsible for managing the Experience Cloud Sales Consulting team across Latin America

Working as part of the Adobe Customer Solutions LATAM management team, you will be responsible for providing Management support to a team of Experience Cloud Pre-Sales Consultants.

This role will be required to provide leadership and in line with the Sales team define the strategy and engagement approach to address Customer and Growth objectives across the product domains. It is expected that the role participate/contribute in account planning sessions for the key and strategic accounts and contributes to the business development and marketing activities.

Responsibilities will include

  • Manage the pre-sales team to support the business.
  • Support business plans together with the Head of Sales and Sales Managers
  • Support and manage opportunities and account plans, battle plans, etc. by assigning the right resource to the opportunity at the right time
  • Support in business development, demand generation and marketing activities
  • Provide presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers, by assigning the right resource at the right time
  • Managing the career and motivation of the team
  • Support the Channels team in identifying the appropriate partners for assisting in responding to RFIs and RFPs
  • Partner enablement and training
  • Ensure that the team manages customer engagement eg. RFP process, responses, POC and presentations, etc for large and strategic accounts.
  • Understand competitive landscape and how to address these in opportunities
  • Develop and deliver high quality Adobe presentations and demonstrations. Ability to handle objections and questions. Present and articulate high level product capability, business value, product future direction and overall Adobe solutions.
  • Demonstration of the Adobe value and use these effectively in competitive situations
  • Ability to leverage US support teams to achieve results

Skills required

  • A minimum of 10 years working experience in IT Industry in a vendor environment and at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of IT professionals (pre-sales or Consulting)
  • Ideally some knowledge of Adobe Product with considerable customer and partner engagement
  • Strong technology knowledge across Marketing Cloud Solutions
  • Technology evangelist that can present well on the above stack to large audiences
  • A proven track record of not only people leadership but proven change management experience.
  • At least a Bachelor?s degree in a relevant program
  • Significant experience in responding to proposals, providing solutions, etc.
  • An understanding of sales management functions (e.g., account planning, opportunity planning and forecasting)
