Vendedor Técnico Pleno - Coronary & Structural Heart - Rio de Janeiro Full-time

  • This position plays a pivotal role in supporting Medtronic Structural Heart continued growth. Key responsibilities include identifying short term and long term business development opportunities and strategies for implantable products and other designated products.
  • To achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory
  • To practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organization, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control.

  • Achieve the defined sales results target nationally for the implantable products and other designated products.
  • Develop and execute commercial activities as well as contribute to marketing and educating actions to ensure they are well informed about Medtronic technology and the business is moving forward with direct sales.
  • Develop and execute the sales process to achieve results for Public Market related to tenders and public reimbursement.
  • Prospect new accounts and interact with the existing ones implementing tactical plans.
  • Connect and liaise with colleagues from other BUs who are working on special initiatives to leverage ideas and share best practices.
  • Ensure follow up and keep various internal stakeholders informed as needed including Sales and Marketing Managers, etc.
  • Promote and sell company´s medical equipments and products devices to hospitals / HMO, insurance companies and patients.
  • Monitor competitor actions providing information on pricing, product launches, special projects and sales initiatives.
  • Provide management reports for commercial activities, territory analysis.
  • Develop and implement actions aligned with market trends reflecting marketing, sales and operational strategies
  • Keep management team informed by submitting weekly reports from daily activities
  • Positionate the company as leader in the Neuromodulation market through organizations and initiatives of local authorities, support groups for patients and others associations
  • Responsible for the whole sales process such as credit analysis, commercial proposals, product supply, procedures support, invoices and credit & collection.
  • Work within and actively promote Medtronic?s Mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and BCS.

  • Bachelor dregree complete in any field
  • Intermediate proficiency in English desirable (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Experience required in the Cardiology field (hemodynamic, aortic or peripheral vascular)
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Ability to connect with KOL?s and key decision makers in the healthcare environment

Territory: Rio de Janeiro (whole state)
Availability to travel: 50% of the time
