The team is responsible for taking key strategic and operational decisions always based on data across the entire lifecycle of the products and services we want to offer the market.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Since 2015, Revolut has introduced over 18 million customers to a new way to handle their money. From instant spending notifications and built-in budgeting controls, to global currency exchange and stock trading, customers simply get more with Revolut.
We approach Customer Services at Revolut the same way that we approach everything else. We take complex issues, and create extraordinary solutions that our customers love. From on-boarding flows to new feature presentations, our goal is to both inform and delight. Put simply, we build things we want to use ourselves, that we?re proud to show to our friends and families.
You will lead the implementation of the Support and Customer Experience team in Brazil. Your objective will be to coordinate all stages necessary to achieve a successful implementation of the area in the territory: Scoping, Implementation, Testing, Launch and Growth.

WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING


    • Market analysis: market best practices, channels most used, complaints requirements, legal and risks aspects, and everything we need to know to build the best customer support

    • Resources requirement: define head-counts to support our growth, infrastructure needed, development effort, process to follow and how to best measure it

    • Team building: hire, train and manage your team?s performance, in coordination with Revolut?s Customer Support and Complaints Department from Headquarter

    • Never Settle: constantly improve our performance to always serve our clients in the best possible way, raising the bar and making sure they are getting the most out of our products

    • Project-manage with cross-functional teams in London and our global offices; from Operations to Finance, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Communications

WHAT YOU´LL NEED


    • At least 3y working with Customer Support / Customer Experience

    • Strong communication skills (verbal/written) in both English and Portuguese

    • Strong analytical skills, and to be comfortable working with Data

    • Great Customer Empathy and a never-settle mindset to solve customer?s problems

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

    • Problem-solving mindset to Get Things Done

    • Be curious by nature and interested in making an impact
